Threshold Massage: Restorative full-body sessions blending Swedish, lomi lomi, deep tissue, and active release, delivered in the privacy of your home.

Integrated Manual Therapy: Assessment-driven sessions for a specific area of pain or restriction. Targeted soft tissue work, cupping, instrument-assisted mobilization, active release technique, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise are combined in one visit, with a re-assessment at the end so progress is measured rather than guessed. Available in your home or at partner gym locations.
