Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, I’ve been involved in sports and athletics my entire life. Through those experiences, I developed a strong appreciation for the human body, the importance of recovery, and how much feeling good physically can impact your quality of life.

After graduating from Stetson University with a degree in Health Sciences, I returned home to Gainesville and explored several different career paths before discovering my passion for massage therapy. I recently graduated from the Florida School of Massage here in Gainesville and am excited to turn that passion into a career helping others feel and function at their best.

My approach to massage is centered around the individual. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve recovery, someone dealing with everyday aches and muscle tension, or simply looking for time to relax and recharge, my goal is to provide personalized care that meets your needs.

Growing up in a community with strong ties to healthcare has helped shape my appreciation for helping others. I believe massage can be an important part of taking care of yourself, staying active, managing stress, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I’m proud to serve the Gainesville community I call home. My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you love. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your wellness journey.
