I am a licensed massage therapist and strength athlete with a passion for helping people feel more comfortable, capable, and at home in their bodies.

My approach to massage is personalized and intentional. I believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to bodywork, so I take time to listen to what you're experiencing and tailor each session to what your body needs that day.

My background in strength training has given me a particular interest in working with active individuals, and people who put a lot of demand on their bodies. I enjoy incorporating a variety of techniques in each session to address areas of tension and incorporate the body as a whole.

Whether you are looking for focused work, general relaxation, or simply some time to reconnect with your body, my goal is to meet you where you're at and create a session that feels comfortable and purposeful.
