Intuitive Touch Wellness LLC provides personalized, in-home massage for women in the Springfield, MO area who are within a 30-minute drive of our home base. ITW was created for women who carry a great deal through motherhood, changing seasons of life, demanding careers, and the responsibilities of caring for others. Your session is a time to receive care yourself, with thoughtful attention to your comfort and what you need that day.

I’m Elizabeth Luther, and I believe the little things make a meaningful difference in how you experience care: being listened to, staying comfortably warm, receiving your full hands-on time, and having a therapist who remembers what matters to you. My specialties include massage and stretching for tension associated with migraines and sciatica. Having experienced both myself, I understand how discomfort can affect sleep, concentration, and everyday plans. I bring that perspective, alongside my professional training, to the way I listen and tailor your care.

Prenatal clients are welcome. Pregnancy massage can be gentle and still address real tension. I adapt positioning and techniques to your stage of pregnancy, safety, and comfort, giving attention to the areas that need care.

Every Signature Session Includes:

Your experience begins with a brief phone conversation and intake form to help us determine whether we’re a good fit. While I prepare your space, warming packs across your neck, shoulders, and back help you settle in. Before we begin, we revisit your goals that day and tailor your massage and stretching to your tension, comfort, and need for relaxation.

Your booked 60 or 90 minutes are fully hands-on. Travel, preparation, setup, and cleanup are covered by your price and take place outside your hands-on time. Warm lotion, a heated neck pillow while you’re face up, and a warming eye cover add comfort during your massage. Based on your goals and preferences, your session may also include aromatherapy, cupping, hot or Himalayan salt stones, warm bamboo, a Synergy Stone, percussion massage with a massage gun, gua sha, reflexology tools, or muscle-care products. We discuss what fits your care and comfort, and anything we incorporate is included without add-on fees.

After your session, you receive bottled water, personalized home-care recommendations, and the remaining lotion used during your service. Your first visit also includes a welcome self-care bag with a warming eye cover, lotus bookmark, and chamomile tea. We finish with an easy checkout and the opportunity to arrange your next appointment before I leave. You can continue relaxing afterward because you’re already home.

I aim to help you ease tension, quiet busy thoughts, and leave you feeling more comfortable and clearheaded. You don’t need to design your massage or choose techniques in advance. We work together to find what fits.

Intentional care. Elevated experience. Empowered women.
