Meet Christina

With 12 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I'm passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, relaxed, and at home in their bodies. My approach to massage is personalized-because no two clients, bodies, or goals are exactly alike.

I'm certified and trained in a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, stretching, Muscle Energy technique (MET), medical massage, cupping, scraping, and deep tissue massage, among others. I combine these techniques based on each client's individual needs, whether the goal is relieving muscle tension, improving mobility, addressing areas of chronic tightness, supporting recovery, or simply taking time to relax.

What I love most about being a massage therapist is seeing the difference that intentional, therapeutic touch can make. I enjoy listening to my clients, understanding what their bodies are telling them, and creating a massage experience that is focused specifically on them. For me, massage is more than a service-it's an opportunity to help someone leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Outside of the treatment room, I'm a wife and a mom of three. My family, along with our two dogs, keeps life busy and meaningful. I bring the same genuine care and personal connection into my work with every client.
