Welcome to Holistic Therapeutics Massage

Your body is more than a collection of muscles, and massage is more than simply working on the place that hurts.

At Holistic Therapeutics Massage, I take a whole-person approach to care—recognizing that our bodies are shaped by movement, stress, injury, daily life, and the experiences we carry with us. Each session blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with compassionate, trauma-informed touch and is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are.

Whether you come in seeking relief from pain, support for your nervous system, greater ease in your body, or simply a place to slow down and reconnect, my intention is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Together, we’ll explore what your body needs and allow the session to unfold from there.
