Rest and Reset Massage is a veteran-owned, solo massage therapy practice in Greensboro, NC. I created this space to be simple, comfortable, and welcoming, a place where you can step away from the noise, slow down, breathe, and just be.

Every massage is centered around you and what your body needs that day. From therapeutic and deep tissue massage to relaxation, sports massage, stretching, cupping, and other personalized techniques, your session is designed around how you’re feeling, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Restorative Bodywork (90 Minutes)
