About Me

I was drawn to massage because I wanted to build something of my own — a practice rooted in intention, precision, and genuine care. I believe your body already knows how to heal; my role is to help it get out of its own way.

I trained in Swedish, Thai, and Medical Massage and specialize in Therapeutic Massage and Myofascial Release. I work with clients navigating chronic pain, limited range of motion, and the kind of tension that doesn't release on its own.

I'm based in Houston, TX, available for both studio and mobile sessions.

When I'm not working, you'll find me behind a camera, cooking vegan meals, traveling when I can — and spending time with my grandkids, which might be my favorite job of all.
