With 23 years of experience as a massage therapist, I've learned that every body tells a different story. No two people need exactly the same thing, and I don't believe massage should ever feel like a one-size-fits-all experience.

My style of massage is deeply influenced by something I've always loved—the tranquil, rhythmic movement of the ocean. I think of each session much like the tide: flowing, intentional, and unhurried. There are moments of gentle movement and relaxation, and moments where we pause and give more attention to the places asking for it.

My approach is holistic and intuitive, blending therapeutic massage with natural, restorative techniques chosen with you in mind. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better when you leave the table, but to create an experience where your body can soften, your mind can quiet, and you can feel cared for.

I believe genuine care matters.
