I'm a licensed massage therapist and former personal trainer dedicated to helping you move well and recover faster. My background in fitness and active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice gives me a deep, hands-on understanding of biomechanics, muscle recovery, and injury prevention, specializing in functional recovery, active performance, and chronic tension relief.

Whether you are an athlete looking to recover faster, a weekend warrior managing old injuries, or simply seeking relief from everyday stress, my approach combines targeted bodywork with practical movement knowledge to help you feel and move your absolute best.

Outside the clinic, I'm usually cheering on my kids at their wrestling tournaments and dance competitions, walking my dogs, or spending time outdoors. My goal is simple: to combine practical movement knowledge with intentional bodywork so you can get back to doing what you love.
