Your time inside the tank is 100% concentrated on healing your body. Just 1 hour in the tank is equal to 4 hours of rest on your body. While your body is resting it is regenerating cells and creating new tissues, recovering tired muscles, our cortisol(stress hormone) drops and our brain is sorting, processing and sending signals to our body.
