ABOUT ME

Trish attended Temple University in her hometown of Philadelphia, where she developed a multitalented knowledge base that continues to enhance lives through her passions for anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology, as evidenced in 2023.

She further honed her skills and expertise in massage therapy upon graduating from Ace in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, equipping her with diverse modalities to promote health through her work. Trish is proficient in deep tissue, cross-fiber friction, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, PNF stretching, and sports massage.

As a professional dancer with Beyond Dance Company and an instructor at DancAdelphia, she possesses a deep understanding of the importance of mobility and endurance for athletes. Trish dedicates her time to the physical wellbeing of her clients through her talents and research, achieving goals through massage therapy.
