With 10 years of experience as a massage therapist and a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer, I bring a unique combination of therapeutic knowledge, movement expertise, and hands-on experience to every session.

My approach is centered around understanding the body as a whole—not simply treating where you feel discomfort. I take the time to listen to your concerns, observe how your body moves, identify areas of tension or restriction, and create a session tailored specifically to you.

Every massage is customized to your body's needs and may incorporate relaxation or therapeutic techniques, stretching, cupping, hot stones, gua sha, or other appropriate modalities.

My goal is to create an experience where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, release tension, and leave feeling relaxed, restored, and more comfortable in your own body.
