I believe therapeutic massage works best when you feel heard, respected, and comfortable in your own body.

I bring more than 900 hours of foundational massage therapy education, along with advanced training in myofascial release, Thai massage, hot bamboo, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic spa techniques, external pelvic floor work, breathwork, meditation, and other complementary wellness practices. My approach is thoughtful and individualized, drawing from different techniques rather than forcing every client into the same treatment routine.

I especially enjoy working with people dealing with chronic tension, stress, physically demanding lifestyles, and the lingering effects of injury or overuse. I also have a particular heart for military members, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, trauma survivors, and the families who support them.

At The Meridian Room, my goal is not to rush you through an appointment or simply chase sore muscles. I want to understand what your body is communicating and create a session that supports greater comfort, mobility, relaxation, and connection with yourself.

Whether you come in needing focused therapeutic work or simply a quiet place to exhale, you are welcome here.
