Hello! I'm Paul or you can call me "PC"

I’m a massage therapy student, and my journey into bodywork has grown out of a deep interest in wellness, energy healing, and helping people feel more connected to their bodies. Massage feels like the perfect blend of therapeutic skill and mindful presence — the kind of work where you can help someone release tension while also helping them feel grounded and supported.

I’m especially drawn to techniques that combine relaxation with purpose, noticing how breath, awareness, and subtle adjustments can create meaningful change. As I move through clinic at CSB, I’m excited to refine my body mechanics, deepen my therapeutic approach, and learn more about how to help clients with stress, tension patterns, and overall find peace and calm so you can reset.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your wellness journey.
