When life feels like rough water, Stillwater Bodywork Studio is your bridge back to calm, a place to slow down, breathe, and relax. Every session should feel like a deep exhale: a chance to set down whatever you've been carrying and simply be cared for.

I'm Kelli Maurer, a bodywork practitioner and graduate of the Dayton School of Medical Massage. Before we begin, I take time to listen to what your body needs, whether that's releasing tension from long days, easing sore muscles, or finding a few moments of quiet stillness.

From the moment you walk in, my space is designed around your comfort: calm, welcoming, and unhurried. No two bodies are alike, and no two days are either, so every session is shaped around you.

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and more at home in your own body, and that the calm and rejuvenation stays with you long after you walk out the door.
