Each therapist has their unique style + approach to the body. By using tools such as corrective therapeutics, deep-prolonged relaxation, pain relief + range of motion work, we increase a sense of calm awareness within your body. Together we"ll target issues cause by chronic overuse, difficulities caused by auto-immune flares + internal/emotional unrest.

After conversation and evaluation I use any of the following to create an elevated and specially curated experience for you. Your session may include, relaxation + moderate pressure techniques, cupping for myofascial release, integrated stretch techniques and hot stones.

On a personal note, I'm an Omaha native and have been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. My work is in constant evolution and growth. There is always more to explore. Most importantly, I work as a conduit for you to engage with your physical body and connect to your planes of emotional and energetic health. It's all connected.
