I'm an easygoing active person who values health, wellness, and living a balanced life. Staying active and working out regularly has given me an appreciation for how movement, training, and everyday life can affect the body. My love of nature, gardening, and the outdoors also reflects the grounded approach I bring to massage therapy.

I especially enjoy working with active people who want to reduce muscular tension, support recovery, and keep their bodies feeling their best. Whether that tension comes from training, work, or everyday life, I customize each session to your individual needs.

Through my mobile practice, I bring personalized massage directly to you, combining therapeutic bodywork with a calm, unhurried approach in the comfort of your own space. My goal is simple: to help you feel restored, reset, and ready to move.
