Welcome to Nurture Wellness - holistic bodywork focused on women and children in Eastown Grand Rapids.

I’m Ashley Meek, Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.

Whether you’re looking for rest, relief or deeper support for mind, body and spirit, some of my offerings include:

• Massage therapy to ease tension, work through knots, headaches, aches and pains, and help you rest and renew.

• Mayan abdominal therapy to support menstrual wellness, your fertility journey and digestive care.

• Craniosacral therapy for gentle support when your nervous system feels overwhelmed or your body feels out of balance after injury, birth, dental procedures, headaches or everyday stress.

• Reiki for a gentle energetic reset—a space to rest, reflect, reconnect and find peace and inner nourishment.

• Naturopathy and herbalism to support your whole self.

We can focus on one approach or combine therapies in a way that feels right for you.

Coming soon: Acudetox clinics and an Acudetox add-on for your session, plus women’s circles and classes for connection, nourishment and community!

Whatever brings you in, there’s space to reconnect with your true and vibrant self.

Come as you are. I would love to see you soon.
