Whether you're dealing with soreness, tightness, pain, or just need to relax and recharge, we'll work together to build a session and treatment plan personalized for you.

My style has been described as firm yet gentle. I use slow, precise techniques that feel safe throughout the session. If something doesn't feel right, or the pressure needs adjusting, we'll fix it together.

I was first introduced to massage as a competitive youth soccer player. Dealing with injuries and setbacks along the way, I was fortunate to work with a skilled sports massage therapist who helped me stay healthy and perform at my best. I carried that into college soccer, and today I'm an avid trail runner, regularly competing in races from 5k to 50k.

Being active myself gives me a firsthand understanding of the demands we place on our bodies, not just through athletics, but through work, family, stress, and everyday life. My goal is to help you feel and function at your best, so your body doesn't hold you back from the life you want to live.
