Hi, I’m Brandon Lifke (LMBT 23479). For over 6 years I have focused on helping people move better and feel better so they can enjoy doing what they love. My style has been described as firm yet gentle. I use slow and precise techniques that feel safe for the client. If something doesn’t feel right, or if the pressure needs to be adjusted, we’ll fix it.

I am a result driven deep tissue therapist, focused on functionality and better living through massage and bodywork.

I was originally introduce to massage as a competitive youth soccer player. I dealt with injuries and setbacks and was fortunate enough to work with a skilled sports massage therapist who helped me stay healthy and perform at my best. I continued to play soccer into college and now I am an avid trail runner who regularly competes in races from 5k to 50k.
