Where therapeutic care meets intentional touch. Rooted was created to be a serene space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and mind, and simply give love back to yourself. Every session is tailored to you and what your body needs that day- whether it's finding relief from tension, supporting your body through gentle movement, or release the knot in your neck.

Massage is much more than relaxation or making your body oily. Intentional touch can be a meaningful part of caring for yourself, reconnecting with how your body functions, and especially filling your cup when you overfill others.

I believe wellness isn't about treating your body like a project or becoming someone different. It's about taking the time to care for your body, listen to your body, appreciate it, and indulge in the feeling of being exactly who you are. My hope is to hold space for every client to not feel a need to change, fix, or be anything other than comfortable in the body you already have.
