Hi, I’m Caroline, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of LETHEN Studio — A Place to Return.

My approach to massage is rooted in the belief that bodywork should be more than simply working on sore muscles. It should be a place where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more like yourself again.

My background includes chiropractic education and specialized training in therapeutic massage, with a particular passion for prenatal and postpartum massage, lymphatic drainage, and restorative wellness. I also incorporate techniques from Swedish and deep tissue massage, cupping, acupressure, reflexology, hot stone therapy, sports massage, and other therapeutic modalities to create sessions tailored to each client's individual needs.

As a mother of three, I have a special appreciation for caring for women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonalchanges, stress, and the many seasons in which our bodies need a little more support.

At LETHEN, there is no one-size-fits-all massage. Each session is intentionally designed around you—whether you are looking for relief from tension, lymphatic support, prenatal care, deeper therapeutic work, or simply a quiet place to reset.
