I'm a Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of the 750-hour massage therapy program at Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, and a United States Marine Corps veteran.

My background in the military, athletics, and martial arts has given me a firsthand understanding of how physical stress, demanding lifestyles, and everyday tension can affect the body.

I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. My approach combines therapeutic techniques with personalized care to help relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.

Unknot Yourself is exclusively a mobile massage therapy service. I bring the massage table, equipment, and professional care directly to your home or other suitable private location, allowing you to enjoy a personalized massage without the hassle of traveling.

Whether you're dealing with everyday stress, muscle tightness, or simply need time to unwind, my goal is to help you feel better, move easier, and leave your tension behind.
