Andria Colón

Reiki Practitioner • Massage Therapist • Founder of WildLight Awakening

Andria brings a grounding, intuitive approach to both bodywork and energy work, creating intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself. Her work draws from her training at Living Essence Massage Institute, as well as her years of experience with Reiki, meditation, and spiritual practice. Her massage sessions blend Swedish and myofascial techniques with deep grounding work and mindful presence, while her Reiki sessions offer a quieter space for energetic balance, relaxation, and renewal.

Through WildLight Awakening at Valley Wellness, Andria offers personalized experiences designed to nourish the whole person—meeting each client where they are and honoring what their body, mind, and energy need in the moment.

Andria also offers massage at Rasa Spa in Ithaca, where appointments are booked directly through Rasa Spa. To experience her work at Valley Wellness, book your massage or Reiki session here.
