Hi, I’m Chrissie, the owner and licensed massage therapist behind Soul & Sigh Massage & Bodywork.

I believe massage is about more than working out tight muscles. Sometimes we carry stress, tension, and the weight of everyday life in our bodies without even realizing how much we’re holding onto. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel cared for, and simply let go.

My approach to massage is intuitive, intentional, and centered around meeting you exactly where you are. No two bodies are the same, and no two days are the same, so every session is customized to what you and your body need that day—whether that’s focused therapeutic work, gentle relaxation, or a little bit of both.

I’m continually expanding my knowledge of bodywork and have a special interest in myofascial release, somatic healing, and the connection between the body and nervous system.

Soul & Sigh was created from my belief that everyone deserves a place where they don’t have to do, fix, or carry anything for a while. You can simply arrive, settle in, and breathe.
