I've always been drawn to movement, health, and helping people feel their best.

Through my own experiences with training, recovery, and the challenges that come with an active lifestyle, I've learned how much our physical well-being influences every aspect of life. When our bodies move well, we have more freedom to pursue the activities, relationships, and experiences that matter most.

That's what led me to massage therapy and bodywork.

As a licensed massage therapist, I believe bodywork should meet you where you are. Whether you're pursuing peak performance, navigating a busy season of life, or simply looking to maintain an active lifestyle, every session is designed to help you feel better, move better, and stay in motion.
