Hi, I'm Sarah Myers, the owner and massage therapist behind Vitality Massage & Wellness.

My journey into massage therapy was inspired by my family and my own experience with the incredible relief and restoration massage can provide. I wanted to learn how to help others experience that same feeling of being cared for, renewed, and more connected to their bodies.

I graduated from a 9 month massage therapy program in Yakima, Washington, in June 2026, and I'm excited to begin this next chapter and build meaningful connections with my clients.

I especially enjoy deep tissue massage and cupping, and i love working with people who are busy, active, and asking a lot of their bodies. My goal with every session is to help you feel more mobile, relaxed, and renewed.

I believe massage is a time to pause, reset, and give your body the attention it deserves. Whether you're a busy mom who needs a moment for yourself or an athlete looking to support recovery, I want you to leave my table feeling better than when you arrived.
