I’m a therapeutic massage therapist specializing in intuitive deep tissue work. My approach combines focused, intentional pressure with an intuitive understanding of what your body is communicating in the moment. I believe effective bodywork doesn’t have to mean simply pushing harder—it’s about listening, working with the body, and creating the space for it to release and restore.

My sessions are tailored to each individual, incorporating techniques such as deep tissue work, cupping, and essential oils when appropriate. While I love helping relieve tension and address areas of discomfort, relaxation is always at the heart of my work. When the body feels safe enough to truly relax, it can begin the process of healing itself.

My goal is for you to leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to your body.
