Hi, I’m Gabby!

I’m the person behind Align Flow Wellness, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a mom, a creative, a lifelong learner, and a licensed massage therapist. My interest in massage therapy actually started in a somewhat unexpected way. While taking a Reiki class, I had the idea that combining the calming, intentional nature of Reiki with massage could create something really special. That little idea sparked my curiosity and ultimately led me down the path to becoming a massage therapist.

As I learned more about massage, I fell in love with the way it can bring together relaxation, bodywork, and mindfulness. I realized that massage could be so much more than simply working on sore muscles, it could be a chance to slow down, release some of the tension we carry, and reconnect with yourself.

I’ve always been a creative person who loves working with my hands. I enjoy painting, sculpting, taking care of my plants, and creating spaces that feel peaceful and inviting. I wanted my massage practice to have that same feeling.

My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being completely yourself and where your session can be tailored to what your body needs that day. Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, relief from everyday tension, or simply an hour to step away from everything else, I want you to leave feeling cared for and more at ease.

I’m especially passionate about reminding people who spend so much of their time caring for others that they deserve care, too.
