I’m Cassandra Royalty, a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Asian bodywork with a deep appreciation for the relationship between movement, touch, and the body’s innate capacity to restore balance.

I graduated from the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where my training included acupuncture, Chinese medical theory, and Tuina—an Eastern form of therapeutic bodywork.

My approach to bodywork is intentional, intuitive, and rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine. I believe the body is meant to move, and that pain, tension, and restriction are often best approached by working with the body rather than against it. My treatments incorporate Tuina techniques, stretching, mobilization, pressure, and therapeutic touch to create sessions tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

As a mother of four and currently expecting my fifth child, I also understand how difficult it can be to make space for your own care in the midst of everyday life. As my practice grows, I hope to create a warm, approachable environment where receiving care feels less clinical and more like being genuinely looked after.

I am currently offering bodywork while continuing toward licensure in acupuncture, with plans to expand my practice to include acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
