I am a licensed massage therapist that found my way to this career through my own personal journey of healing and transformation. Once I began caring for myself more intentionally- physically, mentally, and emotionally; I discovered how deeply bodywork could support those choices by calming the nervous system, aiding the mind-body connection; and easing physical tension.

That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy so I could offer others the same opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience the benefits of intentional touch.

My approach is grounded in relaxation and therapeutic wellness, in the foundation of Swedish Massage, while incorporating techniques from Neuromuscular Massage, Myofascial Massage, and Sports Massage. I work with clients experiencing everyday stress, muscular tension, aches, and the physical demands of active lifestyles, tailoring each session to support their individual needs and goals.

I also became a certified Craniosacral Practitioner shortly after graduation, adding a gentle, subtle modality to my practice for clients who are looking for a quieter and more nurturing form of bodywork.

My goal is to create a safe, sacred, and supportive space where you can relax, unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
