Sheree is the founder of ROM House Bodywork, where her approach to massage extends beyond relaxation. She focuses on understanding how each client’s body moves, where it holds tension, and how lifestyle, stress, previous injuries, and movement patterns may contribute to discomfort and restricted mobility.

Each session is customized to the individual and may incorporate therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, mobility work, stretching, postural awareness, and targeted bodywork based on the client’s needs.

Sheree especially enjoys working with clients experiencing chronic tension, restricted movement, repetitive stress, postural discomfort, and those looking to feel and move better in everyday life.
