I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel their best and live a healthier, more comfortable life. Before transitioning into massage therapy, I spent 20 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where I developed an extensive understanding of the human body, including muscles, movement, stretching, and the many factors that can affect how we feel and function.

Today, I combine that knowledge and experience with therapeutic massage to provide personalized care based on each client’s individual needs and goals. I am also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist and offer a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, pregnancy massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

My goal is more than simply helping you relax. I want to help you reduce pain and tension, improve mobility, support your body’s natural healing process, and enhance your overall quality of life. Every body is different, and I believe massage should be tailored to the person—not just the technique.
