About Me

Hi, I'm Erica Brown. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 years. Time really does fly when you're doing what you love! Recently, I decided to take the exciting step of opening my own practice.

My passion for massage comes from helping people feel their best. Seeing clients leave the treatment room feeling relaxed, lighter, more mobile, and free from pain is what motivates me every day.

Because every person is unique, no two massages are exactly the same. I use a variety of techniques tailored to your individual needs and how your muscles respond during treatment. These techniques may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and more to help support your recovery and overall well-being.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin, and our two children, Landon and Collins. They are my world.

I look forward to helping you feel your best and supporting you on your wellness journey!
