As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I believe massage is more than just relaxation, it's a way to reconnect with your body, release tension and create space to truly unwind.

My approach is personalized to each client and their individual needs. Whether you're looking for relaxation relief from muscle tension, recovery after activity, or simply a little time for yourself, I'm here to create a calming and comfortable experience where you can feel care for from the moment you arrive.

I offer customized, Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sport, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage massage. I also enjoy incorporating enhancement such as hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, hot towels, and scalp massage to make each session feel intentional and restorative.

My goal is simple to help you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more connected to you body.
