Hi, I’m Kayla. I got into this work because I love people and I’m fascinated by how much our bodies have to tell us. Rather than following a fixed routine, I let each session be guided by what your body actually needs that day.

My style is integrative, blending Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point work. I can go deep when needed, but I prefer to work slowly and with intention. I believe the best results happen when the body gets a real chance to rest, release, and recalibrate—not just get worked on.
