We want to help people become faithful stewards of the bodies God has entrusted to them. We believe strength, recovery, wellness, discipline, and healthy habits can all be ways of honoring him.

For my husband, Tyler, that looks like fitness coaching people with honestly, encouragement, and purpose to help them build and maintain the temple God gifted them with.

For me, that looks like helping people recover well, relieve pain, de-stress, and care for my clients bodies and mind through massage therapy.

Above everything else, we want you to know you're valued, because you are created in the image of God. Not because of how much you can lift or what the scale says.

Whether you are looking to get stronger, recover from an injury, build healthier habits, or simply take better care of yourself, we'd be honored to be part of that journey.
