My name is MacKenzie, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. I found massage therapy while I was looking for an entry point to the healing world and I never looked back.

The world of manual therapy has been the most incredible place opening up to me new ways of seeing myself and helping others do the same. I became a Rolfer shortly after completing the training for massage therapy and after a continued search for efficient and repeatable ways of solving pain problems I found Neuro Kinetic Therapy.

The blend of these works allows me to help people at all stages of healing and health. I work alongside athletic trainers and a board certified holistic nutritionist to offer people a simple solution to the three main pillars of health; movement, nutrition and recovery.

The way I see it is that if it is too complicated, we are missing something simple. I believe every problems has a solution and that solution can be reduced down to something anyone can grasp. We are simply patterns repeating; perfectly imperfect beings who need community and relationships to thrive.

I believe pain is a clue, not a prison, and I personally know how frustrating it can be to feel like you have tried everything with no avail. I have a creative mind, a positive outlook and an enduring spirit to help those who want to help themselves. I believe the body is our first home and that we live our best lives when we choose to care for ourselves first.

I love what I do and I bring my best friend Paco with me to work.
