I’m Ashley Cook, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, U.S. Army veteran, and Iraq War veteran with a passion for helping others experience relaxation, balance, and a deeper connection between the body, mind, and energy.

My approach combines professional massage techniques with intuitive, client-centered care. I take time to listen to your needs and customize each session using techniques such as Swedish massage, therapeutic and deep-tissue work, trigger-point therapy, cupping, warm towels, hot stones, herbal scalp massage, and Reiki energy healing.

As a fellow veteran with personal experience and an understanding of PTSD, I recognize how important trust, communication, personal boundaries, and a sense of safety can be during a massage. Veteran clients—and all clients—are encouraged to communicate their comfort level, preferences, and needs throughout the session.

I believe everyone deserves a peaceful and respectful space where they can slow down, release tension, and focus on their well-being. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, restored, and more connected with yourself.
