Hi, I’m Timothy Turnbow, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, and Continuing Education Provider with over 18 years of experience.

My approach to massage is focused on more than relaxation. I specialize in clinical, results-focused massage designed to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and address muscular tension and movement restrictions.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients experiencing issues such as chronic neck and shoulder tension, lower back and hip pain, sciatica, limited mobility, and muscular imbalances. I incorporate techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, mobility work, and corrective approaches based on each client’s individual needs.

As an instructor and CE provider, I also train other massage therapists in anatomy, pain-relief techniques, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage.

My goal is simple: help you hurt less, move better, and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
