I have trained in a variety of energy work methods for almost twenty years. Since 2018 I have also trained in Ortho-Bionomy® and I achieved associate status in late 2020. I practice Ortho-Bionomy® and energy work because they are safe, simple, and able address specific concerns without needing a diagnosis or medical equipment. Our bodies have a great capacity to naturally self-correct, I gently work with that capacity to help bring sustainable changes. Learn more about Ortho-Bionomy® from this short video created by my mentor: https://youtu.be/vFiTe0neMKU

Currently I am offering discounted sessions to help build up my new bodywork business. I am passionate about expanding vitality and will offer supportive practices (homework) during our sessions.
