I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and get more out of their bodies. As a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in therapeutic, outcome-based massage tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in 2023 and have continued expanding my knowledge through continuing education in medical and therapeutic massage. I enjoy combining different techniques to create a personalized experience, whether the goal is relieving chronic tension, improving range of motion, supporting recovery, reducing stress, or simply making time to relax and reconnect with your body.

I believe massage should be more than an hour of relaxation; it should be a meaningful part of improving your overall quality of life. I’m always learning, growing, and refining my work so I can provide the most effective and intentional care possible.
