Hello! My name is Aubrey, and at Mountain Haven Massage I offer thoughtful, therapeutic bodywork rooted in presence, skill, and care. I believe that touch speaks directly to the nervous system, and that when the body feels safe and supported, it can begin to release tension, restore balance, and heal naturally.

I worked towards my massage therapy education at the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute in Colorado, and later graduated from Asheville’s Center for Massage and Natural Health in 2024.

My approach is calm, attentive, and client-centered, with each session tailored to meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, support through stress, or simply a quiet space to slow down. I focus on intentional touch and clear communication to create sessions that feel both grounding and effective.

As a proud Linville native, I now call Morganton home. I have a very strong love, and connection to this land, and its people. In my free time, you could find me out rockhounding local creeks, or hiking in the mountains. I aim to bring the same grounding presence found in nature into every session-helping you re-connect with your inner balance and calm.

Inspired by this beautiful area, I created Mountain Haven as a space to help your body to settle, your nervous system to unwind, and meaningful relief and inner healing to begin.
