Hi I'm Arlitha, Licensed Massage Therapist, I believe massage should never feel one-size-fits-all. Every session begins with listening, because what your body needs today may be completely different from what it needed last week.

I combine thoughtful massage therapy, advanced soft-tissue techniques, movement and body-awareness principles, personalized aromatherapy, warming therapies, and restorative touches to create a session that is shaped around you. I adjust pressure, techniques, and enhancements based on your goals, comfort, activity level, and how your body responds throughout the session.

Whether you are a busy professional carrying tension in your shoulders, a driver spending long hours behind the wheel, an athlete focused on recovery, a caregiver who rarely makes time for herself, or simply someone who needs a place to slow down, I create each session to help you rest, recover, and renew.

What makes my work different is the attention I give to the entire experience. I may incorporate customized botanical aromatics, hot towels, warming stones, or other supportive techniques when appropriate—not simply as add-ons, but as part of the experience I am creating for you.

I also bring professional aromatherapy education and hands-on experience with sports recovery and wellness into my practice. That allows me to approach relaxation and recovery from several directions, including skilled touch, movement awareness, breathing, warmth, scent, and intentional care.

And I believe the experience should not have to end when you leave the massage table. I also create handcrafted botanical body oils, bath elixirs, scrubs, magnesium products, and other aromatic wellness products that can help you bring a little of that restorative experience home.

You do not have to know exactly what kind of massage you need before you arrive.

Come in and tell me what has been going on with your body, your stress, your work, and your life. I will listen, and together we will decide what makes the most sense for your session.

Because sometimes you do not simply need a massage.

Sometimes you need an hour where you are not responsible for carrying everything.
