By working with the client in familiar surroundings, they can relax and be able to receive the optimal benefits of the massage therapy. With over two decades of experience in science education, my path to bodywork has been defined by a lifelong fascination with how the human body functions and heals. My journey took a pivotal turn during my time in the Peace Corps, where I lived and served in Namibia—an experience that deepened my perspective on community, resilience, and the power of human connection. Back home, I found my calling in the quiet moments of caregiving, helping family members find comfort and ease the pain during times of serious illness.

While I am a new face in the professional bodywork field, I bring a veteran educator’s mastery of anatomy and physiology to every session. I combine this technical scientific foundation with a compassionate, intuitive touch to help my clients release deep-seated stress and soothe muscle soreness. My goal is to bridge the gap between biological understanding and restorative care, providing a safe space for you to recharge and find relief.
