I am a client-centered massage therapist dedicated to creating personalized treatment sessions that support each individual's health, comfort, and wellness goals. My approach combines therapeutic techniques with compassionate care, ensuring every session is tailored to your unique needs.

My specialties include Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to help reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being. I am also certified in post-mastectomy and chest surgery massage, providing safe, knowledgeable, and supportive care for clients recovering from breast or chest procedures. In addition, I offer prenatal massage designed to help expectant mothers find comfort, reduce tension, and support a healthier pregnancy.

Whether you're seeking pain relief, recovery from surgery, relaxation, or ongoing wellness care, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and cared for. I believe massage is more than a treatment—it's an opportunity to restore balance, encourage healing, and improve quality of life.
