My approach goes beyond simply relaxing tight muscles. I use therapeutic massage techniques to identify areas of tension, restricted movement, and muscular imbalance and address the underlying factors contributing to discomfort and limited mobility.

Depending on your needs, your session may incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and other targeted techniques. Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout the session based on your body’s response and your comfort level.

Whether you’re dealing with everyday muscle tension, recovering from physical activity, spending long hours at a desk, or simply want to relax and take better care of your body, the goal is to help you move and feel better.
