Welcome to my page! Through booking with me, we can combine your knowledge of experience in your body and my education to work towards your health goals! I work with modalities such as: Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Trigger Point Work, Myofascial release, Swedish, Rocking and Shaking, muscle energy techniques and more.

If you are interested in a certain modality, please let me know! Otherwise, we will determine through assessment which modalities would be right for you! Many of my sessions use a mixed modality approach, however full sessions of Manual Lymphatic Drainage are also effective for pre and post-surgery edema, Edema from old injuries, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, depression, EDS, fibromyalgia etc. (Please see my website for more information about Manual Lymphatic Drainage!)
