Hello!

Welcome to my page! Through booking with me, we can combine your knowledge of experience in your body and my education to work towards your health goals! I work with modalities such as: Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Trigger Point Work, Myofascial Therapies, Swedish, Rocking and Shaking, muscle energy techniques and more.

If you are interested in a certain modality, please let me know! Otherwise, we will determine through assessment which modalities would be right for you! Many of my sessions use a mixed modality approach, however full sessions of Manual Lymphatic Drainage are also effective for pre and post-surgery edema, edema from injuries, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, depression, EDS, fibromyalgia, and internal pressure on nerves that causes neuropathy. This is by no means and extensive list, so please ask if you have any questions.
